These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aladdin Glass & Vape website and any purchase you make with us, whether in one of our New Jersey stores, online, or through our delivery partner. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or place an order. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the version that applies to your visit.

Every product we sell is strictly for adults 21 years of age or older, in line with federal law and New Jersey state law. You must be at least 21 to use this website, enter our stores, or receive a delivery.

A valid, government-issued photo ID is verified in person at every pickup and at every delivery hand-off — no exceptions. Orders cannot be left unattended, handed to a minor, or accepted on behalf of someone under 21. If valid ID cannot be presented at the door, the order is returned and any applicable delivery fees are non-refundable.

Any attempt to purchase using a false identity, a borrowed ID, or on behalf of a minor is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We work hard to keep product names, descriptions, images, and availability accurate across the site and our partner storefront. Occasionally a manufacturer updates packaging, flavors, or specifications before a listing is refreshed, so the product you receive may differ slightly from its photo. If a listed item is unavailable, we will offer a comparable substitute or a refund for that item.

For health and safety reasons, consumable products — e-liquids, pods, opened disposable vapes, wraps, kratom and similar items — cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the store or are accepted at delivery. Defective hardware such as devices, mods and glass may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging, at the store's discretion.

Online ordering and same-day delivery are fulfilled through Saucey, an independent third-party platform. When you tap any order button on this site you are taken to our Saucey storefront, where checkout, payment processing, driver dispatch and order tracking are handled by Saucey.

Your use of that platform is also governed by Saucey's own terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these terms. Prices, fees, minimums and delivery windows shown on Saucey are controlled by that platform and may differ from in-store pricing.

Prices shown in our stores and on partner platforms are subject to change without notice and may differ between locations and delivery channels. Applicable New Jersey sales tax and any delivery or service fees are shown before you confirm payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify age or identity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled items. Please review your order carefully before submitting it; once a driver is en route changes may not be possible.

Same-day delivery is offered within approximately 18 miles of each of our four New Jersey stores — Paramus, Union, Lodi and Rockaway — subject to order cut-off times, driver availability, and weather or road conditions. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Someone 21 or older with a valid photo ID must be physically present to receive the order. Orders cannot be left at a door, mailbox, or with a neighbor. If no eligible adult is available at the confirmed address, the order returns to the store and re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

If your delivery arrives with a missing or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and we will correct it or issue a refund for the affected item.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to bypass the age gate, purchasing on behalf of anyone under 21, reselling products without authorization, scraping or copying site content, probing or interfering with site security, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these restrictions, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

The Aladdin Glass & Vape name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written consent.

Brand names, product images, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers we carry remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products we sell.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aladdin Glass & Vape is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from the misuse of any product we sell. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New Jersey law.

WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Vapor products are not smoking-cessation devices and have not been approved by the FDA to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Kratom and botanical products are sold for lawful adult use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a physician before using any product if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets at all times.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our products, or the law. Updates take effect as soon as they are posted on this page with a revised effective date, so please check back periodically.

Continuing to use the site or place orders after an update means you accept the revised terms.
